Admin Executive
for our team.
The ideal candidate should be Proactive, Good with English Communication & able to daily administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy for solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Forecsting & Analysis the Agreements (Management of Funds)
Invoice Processing Accuracy
Detailed Understanding of Documents and Agreements
Handle daily administrative tasks
Maintain and update records, databases
Assist in preparing Reports, Agreements, and Spreadsheets
Manage Emails, Phone calls, and Follow-up tasks
Support HR, accounts, and operations teams when required
Provide support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation processes
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
