Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The role involves managing office operations, handling correspondence, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office supplies and inventory. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing travel. Maintain records and filing systems. Support HR and finance functions as required.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

1-3 years in a relevant position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
