Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and customer requests courteously.
Provide accurate information about Skylink Fibernet services and redirect queries to the concerned departments.
Maintain the visitor logbook and manage the appointment schedule.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Manage reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional office environment.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Network Ops, HR, Admin).
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Documentation & Data Management
Maintain customer walk-in records, service request logs, and follow-up details.
Assist with basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Support HR/Admin team in onboarding formalities (forms, ID cards, etc.).
Operational Support
Coordinate with field teams for customer appointments, service issues, and installation updates.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when required.
Ensure compliance with office security and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Degree (preferred: Business Administration/HR/Customer Service background).
Experience:
0-3 years in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administrative roles.
Strong communication skills in
English & Tamil

Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
