We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Cum Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Management
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and follow-ups.
Coordinate courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mails, and dispatches.
Administrative Support
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
Assist in preparing documents, letters, and reports.
Support HR and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Manage meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings.
Ensure proper maintenance of office premises and coordinate with vendors.
Record & Documentation
Maintain employee attendance records and support basic HR operations.
Organize and manage company files, documentation, and databases.
Assist in vendor management, quotations, and bill processing.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (freshers can also apply).
