Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional approach.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring a
clean and organized environment

Administrative Support
Manage
daily office operations, documentation, and data entry
.
Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and appointment schedules.
Coordinate
meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies inventory

Visitor & Client Coordination
Ensure a smooth
check-in/check-out process for visitors and guests
.
Maintain a visitor logbook and follow security protocols.
Assist in handling client inquiries and basic service information.

Office Coordination & Facility Management
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Ensure the office is
well-equipped with necessary supplies and maintained properly

Assist in organizing
events, meetings, and office activities

Basic HR & Support Functions
Support HR with

Assist in managing
