Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and create a positive first impression.
Administrative Support
Handle daily office operations including stationery management, courier handling, and vendor coordination.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, letters, and presentations.
Maintain employee attendance records and support HR with onboarding tasks when required.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Office Coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and interface with facility teams for maintenance.
Maintain records of office expenses and assist in budget tracking.
Organize internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in front office, admin, or customer-service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
Ability to handle front-desk operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
