Admin cum Front Office Executive

to be the face of our salon and ensure seamless administrative operations.

Roles & Responsibilities



Front Office Operations



Greet clients warmly and ensure a luxurious first impression. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision using the salon's software system. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area aligned with the brand's standards.

Client Experience



Provide clients with detailed information about salon services, products, and promotions. Offer refreshments and ensure waiting clients are comfortable. Handle client complaints or feedback gracefully and escalate when necessary.

Administrative Tasks



Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences. Handle billing, invoicing, and daily cash/card payment reconciliations accurately. Oversee inventory levels for salon products and coordinate restocking with suppliers. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on appointments, sales, and client feedback with management. Assist in creating staff schedules and ensuring operational efficiency.

Coordination & Support



Act as a central point of communication between the salon team and management. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. Support marketing efforts by promoting events, packages, or offers via social media or in-store.

Skills & Qualifications



Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-end clients. Excellent organizational abilities to manage appointments, inventory, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in salon software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to resolve client concerns effectively and deliver exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree/diploma in administration, hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in luxury or hospitality settings. (

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
