Greet and assist visitors and handle front desk calls
Manage office supplies, cleanliness, and facility needs
Support HR and admin documentation (scanning, printing, filing)
Handle petty cash, bills, and vendor coordination
Manage travel and hotel bookings and event coordination
Maintain asset records and ensure equipment functionality
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or front desk role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Well-organized and proactive
Immediate joiners preferred
