Admin & Front Desk Executive
to manage front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and security protocols.

Administration Support
Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Prepare and maintain basic reports, documentation, and filing.
Support HR/Accounts/Operations with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of office management and basic administrative procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
