Staff & Curriculum:
Recruit, train, and support teachers; assist with curriculum development, scheduling, and professional development.
Finance & Compliance:
Manage budgets, handle financial records, ensure adherence to state/federal laws and regulations.
Student & Parent Relations:
Communicate with parents, address student issues, resolve conflicts, and promote student success.
Reporting & Planning:
Handle record-keeping, reporting, strategic planning, and school improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and multiple tasks calmly.
Knowledge of educational laws, policies, and technology.
Experience in educational leadership (often a Master's degree in Education Administration is preferred).
Day-to-Day Duties (Can vary by role):
Answering phones, managing correspondence, welcoming visitors.
Maintaining student and staff records.
Coordinating meetings, events, and school functions.
Monitoring supplies and ordering resources.
Assisting with facility maintenance and grounds.
