Job Description


The Admin Analyst will participate and lead in the management and measurement of the contracts administration and performance process to meet and exceed company expectations.

Ensure timely execution of all components of contract administration in a team-oriented approach within Healthcare System Contract Administration and to provide clear and open communication to team members.

Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of customer contracts to ensure payments are calculated accurately and issued timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.

Responsible for the detailed analysis and validation of Admin fee payments utilizing mainframe systems and PC based applications.

Ensure on time preparation and delivery of all customer deliverables that are contractually and legally obligated to provide to our customers.

Create reports to be distributed to company representatives, outside distributors and other essential contacts as required.

Maintain an effective customer focus and proactively manage all aspects of account assignments.

Participate and assist in process improvement initiatives and/or creation of new procedures to provide improved internal and external customer support and service.

Responsible for escalating any issues or discrepancies that may be identified and provide supporting documentation and transparency to management.

Responsible for the identification and analysis of any disputed admin fee claims data.

Conduct peer review sessions.

Gain knowledge of S&N products and franchises to accurately adjudicate Admin fee.

Maintain systems and logs to track status of contracts and Admin fee processing for review by manager and stakeholders.

Gain knowledge in S&N market segments to accurately interpret contracts for these businesses.

Possess the ability to test and understand the functionality of mainframe and PC or web-based applications and to understand the interrelationships between the various functional modules.

Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed.

Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedure.
