Key Responsibilities
Manage all facility-related activities including plumbing, electrical work, repairs, and general maintenance.
Coordinate with external vendors, electricians, cleaners, and service providers.
Oversee office security and ensure the premises function smoothly on a daily basis.
Provide support to the receptionist only when required, acting as a backup resource.
Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and efficient.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience:
Previous experience in office administration, facility management, or related operations-focused roles.
Skill Set:
Strong organizational abilities, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the capability to manage day-to-day operations independently.
