Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

1. Travel Management

Plan and coordinate domestic & international travel for employees (flights, hotels,

cabs, visas).

Maintain travel calendars and itineraries.

Ensure economical and efficient travel bookings aligned with company policies.

Track travel expenses and support reimbursements.

Maintain relationships with travel agencies and negotiate best rates.

Handle last-minute travel changes or emergencies.

2. Vendor Management-

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors (office supplies, couriers, facilities,

housekeeping, travel partners, etc.).

Maintain vendor database, agreements, and compliance documents.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.

Process Purchase Orders and vendor invoices in coordination with Finance.

Resolve escalations related to service quality, pricing, or billing.

3. Office Administration

Oversee office maintenance, utilities, and facility services.

Manage inventory: stationery, pantry supplies, ID cards, assets, and consumables.

Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for equipment.

Support company events, meetings, and logistics.

Ensure adherence to company admin policies and procedures.

Strong coordination & communication skills

Negotiation and vendor handling ability

Good knowledge of travel bookings and documentation

Time management and multitasking

Problem-solving & sense of ownership

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email tools

Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

2-5 years of experience in administration, travel coordination, or vendor

management.

Experience in corporate/office administration environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,047.94 - ₹37,755.45 per month
