We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Operation Officer
with hands-on experience in office administration and basic accounting work. The candidate should be capable of handling daily office operations efficiently and supporting management with accurate records and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration activities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Assist in basic accounting tasks (billing, vouchers, data entry, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required
Prepare reports and maintain operational data
Support target-based operational and administrative activities
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration/accounts
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
