Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, calls, and courier services.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and data entry.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of office premises.
Maintain vendor records and coordinate with service providers.
Assist in onboarding of new employees (ID cards, workstation setup, etc.).
Prepare reports and maintain administrative files and records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
