Handle daily administrative tasks and maintain office records.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when required.
Support HR and other departments in documentation and filing.
Handle visitor management and provide general support to staff.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Ensure proper upkeep of office environment and facilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
