Hi -

We are a mid size process automation distribution company in Vadodara and looking for a n Admin Executive with following skill sets.

Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management. Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner. Oversee product inventory, and vendor management. Assist in HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and employee onboarding. Prepare reports, presentations, and other official documents as required. Support finance team with petty cash handling and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety standards. Provide administrative support to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
