Role: Admin executive ( Work from office - Bangalore)
The candidate will have the following responsibilities on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Support the academic team by assisting with course information, scheduling updates, and coordinate class timings and batch formation.
Guide prospective students with basic course details and assist during registration and onboarding.
Maintain student records, share class updates, and ensure smooth communication between students, teachers, and internal teams.
Handle queries related to translation and interpretation services.
Sort and reply to emails, attend calls, respond to walk-in inquiries, and provide accurate information to students and clients.
Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination between departments.
Work closely with the accounts department and keep track of submissions.
Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing students and clients regarding course inquiries, pending documents, payments, and class reminders.
Update calling logs, maintain CRM or Excel sheets, and ensure timely follow-ups for effective communication and lead management.
Assist in daily office operations and contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the institute.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Languages, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in admin, student coordination, customer service, or translation support (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polite and professional in client/student interaction.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities.
Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Empathetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced academic environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
