Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our leadership team in managing essential administrative and coordination activities. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably with prior exposure as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements - flights, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics.
Assist with internal coordination across teams and departments as required by leadership.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Support in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Provide general support to visitors and act as a liaison between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or executive assistance.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Professional attitude with a high degree of discretion.
