We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to efficiently manage backend operations at our Vyttila branch.
Local candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the branch and sales operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
Handle office correspondence, communication, and general administrative support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office and Excel
(mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in office administration or a related role.
Experience in the
banking sector
will be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
