The ideal candidate should be responsible, efficient, and comfortable coordinating with clients and embassies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
visa application process
for clients.
Check & verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare, compile, and submit visa files to Embassy.
Maintain visa status reports and follow up with clients regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and travel details.
Assist clients with form filling, documentation guidance, and appointment bookings.
Handle email communication, phone queries, and administrative tasks.
Maintain proper record-keeping and filing (digital & physical).
Ensure all processes are handled professionally, accurately, and on time.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
1-2 years
experience in visa processing/admin (preferred).
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
Good understanding of international travel documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail & ability to work under deadlines.
Customer service-focused attitude.
