The principle responsibilities essentially includes -


Office Management:



  • Oversee the organization\'s physical workspace, ensuring it is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Manage office equipment and technology, including computers, printers, and phone systems.



Communication:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain contact lists and address books.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.



Record-keeping:

  • Maintain and update records and databases, including employee information, financial records, and other important data.
  • File and retrieve documents, both physical and digital.
  • Financial Tasks:
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payroll.



Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.



Event Planning:

  • Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and executives when necessary.



Customer Support:

  • Provide assistance to clients or customers, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.



Problem Solving:

  • Troubleshoot office-related issues and find solutions to problems as they arise.



Policy and Procedure Compliance:

  • Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed by all employees.




Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks and projects.


Requirements


- Any Graduate with an experience in Administration for 2 - 4 years
  • Staying in Vadodara.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good experience in MS Office
  • Good coordination and initiation skills
