Maintain daily attendance records of all employees (permanent & contractual)
Operate and manage biometric/manual attendance systems
Monitor shift schedules, overtime, late coming, and early departures
Prepare and verify monthly attendance, OT, leave, and shift data for payroll processing
Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding attendance discrepancies
Maintain leave records (CL, SL, EL, comp-off, etc.)
Support compliance with labor laws related to working hours and wages
Handle general administrative activities at the plant
Maintain employee personal files and statutory registers
Coordinate with security for gate entry, visitor management, and movement registers
Support HR in disciplinary records, notices, and employee communication
Coordinate housekeeping, canteen, transport, and other facility services
Assist during audits, inspections, and internal reviews

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
