The Guest Relations Executive / Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring a welcoming experience for guests and visitors while efficiently managing day-to-day administrative and office support activities. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Guest Relations
Greet guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor access
Maintain a positive and professional front-desk presence
Ensure guest satisfaction and enhance overall experience
Administrative Duties
Manage front office operations, phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and office areas
