to handle day-to-day administrative operations at our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, vendor coordination, facility management, documentation, and general support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of admin-related items.
Handle vendor management -- negotiate rates, issue POs, and track payments.
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, courier, pantry, and security services.
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative documentation and filing.
Maintain attendance registers, visitor records, and other office documentation.
Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics for staff and guests.
Ensure timely renewals of office contracts, AMC, and utility payments.
Coordinate repairs, IT support requests, and other facility requirements.
Assist management in organizing meetings, events, and internal communication.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company administrative policies.
