Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and Assisting Visitors
Managing Front Desk Operations & Calls
Handling Visitors' Data & Maintaining Records
Coordinating with Teams for Daily Office Administration
Ensuring a Professional and Friendly Office Environment
General Administrative Support
Document & File Management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in an office setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
