Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration ? Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. ? Maintain office records, files, and documentation. ? Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

2. Coordination & Support ? Coordinate between various departments to facilitate efficient operations. ? Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and reporting. ? Support HR and logistics teams as required for administrative tasks.

3. Compliance & Reporting ? Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. ? Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Facilities Management ? Monitor office facilities, equipment, and maintenance requirements. ? Liaise with vendors and service providers for office and facility needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent

.? 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles

.? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

? Proficient in MS Office and basic office software tools.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
