Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Support HR with attendance, onboarding, and employee records.
Assist finance/accounts with expense tracking and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee office maintenance, safety, and housekeeping.
Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
