Job Profile:
? Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, hotel bookings for staff and management and preparing reports.
? Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
? Assist in documentation and other office related work
? Maintain filing systems and ensure all company documents are up-to-date and accessible.
? Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
? Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Advance Excel)
Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA Fresher
