Promote the school in local communities to increase visibility and awareness.
Conduct door-to-door or community outreach campaigns to share school information.
Organize and represent the school at local events, education fairs, and exhibitions.
Distribute school brochures, flyers, and admission forms in targeted areas.
Conduct field visits to residential societies, tuition centers, and preschools for lead generation.
Build relationships with local influencers (e.g., society heads, tuition teachers, shop owners) for referrals.
Conduct presentations and info sessions for parents in communities or societies.
Support the admissions team by generating inquiries and leads from field activities.
Maintain a database of interested parents and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in organizing school open houses or campus visits for prospective parents.
Collect feedback from parents and communities to improve outreach strategies.
Report daily/weekly field activities and lead status to the admissions or marketing head.
Ensure that school branding (banners, standees, posters) is properly displayed in strategic locations.
Monitor and report competitor schools' marketing activities in the area.
