Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
Maintain office supplies, inventories, and vendor coordination
Support HR and operations team with documentation, on-boarding, and record keeping
Handle filing, data entry, and basic reporting tasks
Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, and internal scheduling
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance of office infrastructure
Maintain confidential records and assist with document management
Support basic finance/admin tasks like invoice tracking or petty cash (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+2 or Graduate
1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
