Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Maintain cleanliness, manage equipment, order supplies, handle vendor relations.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Manage calendars, book meetings, arrange travel, coordinate events.

Communication Hub:

Screen calls, manage emails, handle internal/external correspondence, greet visitors.

Document & Data Management:

Prepare reports/presentations, file documents, update databases (MIS).

Financial Support (If applicable):

Monitor expenses, manage petty cash, process invoices.

HR Support (If applicable):

Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, support HR functions.

Operational Support:

Liaise with other departments, implement processes, resolve issues.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:

Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, communication (written & verbal), problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:

Previous administrative or office support experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
