Handling overall
administration activities
Daily sales entries and coordination with bank executives
Petty cash handling and management
Daily Sales Report (DSR) preparation and management
Maintaining and updating
Sales MIS
Updating daily records in Google Sheets
Responding to MIS-related queries
Handling reimbursement invoices and sending them to HQ
Day-to-day general office administration
Managing housekeeping and security vendor operations
Back-office maintenance
Transport and logistics management
Managing courier services and rate contracts
Coordination for walk-in interviews
Monitoring logistics at the center and managing related software
Facility management
Coordination between internal departments
