will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting internal departments, and maintaining a professional workplace environment. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Maintain records of asset inventory, and administrative documents.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure timely payment processing of vendors and service providers.
Manage visitor records, access cards, and overall front-office coordination (if applicable).
Assist management with event planning, meetings, and office activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
