Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

Administrative Support:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure an efficient workflow.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage clinic supplies and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary materials.

Office Management:

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Ensure all office equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Maintain and organize clinic documentation and records, including managing fertility licenses and renewals.

Financial Management:

Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Employee Engagement:

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualification & Skills:

1 to 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the fertility sector.

Bachelor's degree

Proficient with MS Office

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
