We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, support team productivity, and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Manage front-office operations, reception duties, and visitor coordination.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Prepare, organize, and maintain important company records and files.
Assist in drafting official letters, circulars, and reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and leave records
Skills Required:
Strong communication (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Time management and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of basic accounting and documentation practices
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
