The Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective time and information management.
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and board-related activities.
Track and follow up on pending matters with internal and external stakeholders.
