Admin Executive - Wings of Wonder- The Foundation School
Position Available for immediate joining. (Preferably female with 1-2 years of relevant experience.)
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service. Your role involves managing front desk, operations, handling administrative tasks and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and visitor management.
Administrative support.
Communication and coordination with respective departments as per the requirement.
Manage the incoming calls, emails and redirect the message to appropriate departments.
Organize and maintain files and records and update when necessary.
Prepare outgoing mail like envelopes, packages, etc.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, etc.
Maintain an inventory for office supplies and update the respective department as and when required.
Understand the requirements of the organization and work accordingly for the smooth office operations.
Handle other tasks like data entry, DTP work and document filling etc when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Pleasing personality with good communication skills.
The candidate must be a Graduate or hold a Bachelor's degree in business Administration or related field (preferred).
Must possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in an education industry.
Must be proficient in MS office and other management software.
Must be able to multitask and work in a team environment.
