Key Responsibilities:



Manage

travel bookings

- flights, trains, buses, and hotels. Handle

front desk

housekeeping

, and

facility management

operations. Coordinate

vendor tie-ups

for hotels, snacks, stationery, transport, and maintenance services. Oversee

repairs, maintenance

, and office infrastructure requirements. Process

travel reimbursements

and maintain admin records. Support

employee engagement

and internal event coordination.

Key Requirements:



Experience in

vendor development, facility management, and housekeeping supervision

. Skilled in

hotel/vendor tie-ups, travel coordination, and admin operations

. Strong

communication skills

and a

confident, proactive attitude

. Ability to

multi-task

and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities efficiently.
