Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Chennai(Work From Office)
Role Overview
The Admin Executive will manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations to
ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace. The role supports smooth business
operations through vendor management, asset control, employee support, and compliance in
a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office facilities, infrastructure, seating, hygiene, and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, repairs, and
servicesHandle asset and inventory management in coordination with IT and Finance
Support employee onboarding/offboarding (access cards, seating, assets)
Act as first point of contact for employee admin-related queries
Coordinate employee transport, travel logistics, and visitor management (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory requirements
Assist in organizing employee events, health checkups, and engagement
activitiesTrack admin expenses, verify bills, and support budget adherence
Good experience in HR Operations is a Plus
Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and records

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Vendor coordination and negotiation ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
Working knowledge of MS Excel and office tools
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in Administration / Facilities role
Experience in IT / corporate office environment preferred
