Job Description

Job Purpose

We are Looking for Female candidates having 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of administration to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions of the 2-wheeler showroom, ensuring smooth manpower management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and efficient office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations



Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (Sales, Service, Accounts, Support roles) Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and induction programs Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR records Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and monthly payroll inputs Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team for salary processing Handle employee confirmations, increments, transfers, and exit formalities Manage performance appraisal coordination and documentation

Employee Relations & Welfare



Address employee queries and grievances professionally Support employee engagement activities, meetings, and training programs Ensure discipline, policy adherence, and workplace ethics

Administration



Manage office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance Handle vendor coordination for stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and utilities Maintain asset records, AMC documentation, and office inventories

MIS & Reporting



Prepare HR and admin reports (manpower status, attendance, attrition) Maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports for management review
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
