Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support
Manage office supplies, stationery, and facility requirements
Identify and track new tenders from portals (Government / Private)
Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing
Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance inputs
Maintain tender records and contract documentation
Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, and administrative records
Support audits and compliance requirements
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for admin-related tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
