Location: Chennai
Experience: Min 3-4 years
Salary Range: 3.6 Lakhs PA
# To properly monitor and keep track of all the stationery items and store collaterals. Manage purchase, issue items as needed and inventory
# Efficiently handling the necessary repairs maintenance of AC's, all electrical equipment's and coordinating with the respective vendors
# Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of showroom by effectively monitoring the housekeeping agents - mirror cleaning, moping, bathroom cleaning, ordering and maintaining housekeeping materials. Maintaining register for daily /weekly activities of housekeeping services
# Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and ensure data storage is managed effectively
# Vendor Database - Maintain updated contact details of stores administration related contact details
# Provide support for client order delivery
# Warehouse Operations -
Image Uploads in software for the stock
Maintain Warehouse Note Book Entries - Stock/Invoices/Alterations/Fabrics Entry
Maintain inward register for all stocks & all items ( stationery, consumables, Evo cafe stocks,
Supporting the warehouse team for other office support.
Skill Sets :
Good working knowledge in Microsoft excel
Hindi Speaking is added advantage
