Handle general administrative tasks including correspondence, documentation, filing, and record keeping.
Assist in preparing and maintaining export and trading documents such as invoices, packing lists, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners for smooth order execution.
Support the export documentation process (shipping, customs clearance, certificates, etc.).
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate records of imports/exports, stock, and dispatch schedules.
Provide support in customer communication through emails, calls, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/Commerce preferred).
Atleat one year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in trading/export businesses.
Knowledge of export-import documentation and coordination will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
