Office Management: Maintaining office supplies and equipment; managing filing systems; coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports. Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing relevant documents. Communication & Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; facilitating communication between executives and other departments or clients. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records and files.
