We are looking for an Admin Executive to handle office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while managing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Support employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries.
Administration:
Oversee office operations, including facility management and inventory.
Handle correspondence, maintain documents, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services and handle purchase and replacement of consumables.
Supervise house-keeping staff, maintain office hygiene,
Manage travel arrangements and event coordination.
Qualifications:
10th pass.
2-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
