Handle office correspondence, emails, and calls
Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and support staff
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in HR-related documentation and attendance tracking
Support finance and accounts with basic documentation or follow-ups
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the office premises
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as assigned
