We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to handle day-to-day administrative operations across all branches of
KREON
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, office setups, housekeeping coordination, and addressing department-specific administrative requirements and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and oversee all administrative operations across KREON branches.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve administrative queries effectively and promptly.
Manage procurement processes including vendor coordination and purchase of office supplies.
Organize and maintain office infrastructure including seating arrangements and workspace setup.
Address and resolve admin-related issues raised by departments or employees.
Coordinate and monitor housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Assist in arranging logistics and resources for new requirements or expansions.
Maintain records related to administrative operations and update management regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-1 year of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to branches if required
Fluency in Hindi (spoken/written) is an added advantage..

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
