Must have strong Client and Customer Relationship skills.
Must handle the recruitment activities of the complete unit.
Promptly and diligently handle employee grievances.
Must have prior experience running payroll for 20+ employees.
Must have prior experience in handling hospital billing and collections
Prior experience with Healthcare / Hospital / Insurance industries preferred
