The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain records, assist with inventory coordination, and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. This role is crucial in ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-friendly store environment.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the store.
Maintain and organize store documentation including invoices, bills, employee records, and customer receipts.
Prepare and manage reports related to daily sales, inventory, attendance, etc.
Handle communication with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Customer & Front Office Support
Provide support for customer service when required (e.g., billing, packaging, complaint handling).
Ensure front-office cleanliness, stationery, and supplies availability.
Compliance & Store Operations
Ensure all store licenses, certificates, and documentation are up to date.
Assist in coordinating safety protocols, internal audits, and operational checklists.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, including customer and employee information.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Purchase) for required documentation or support.
Help with employee onboarding and coordination for interviews or training sessions.
